I've written the beginning they do on live gigs,since on the album version the drumming begin at the end of the intro.
The groove in the verse it's like a samba:...tu-tum - tu-TA - tu-tum - tu-TA...
and this may need a bit of training on the bass pedal.
NoTE: I have changed the second part of the song since I notice that it's played in triplets.
I figured it out when I was listened to The Strokes' "Heart in a cage"
because its verse is fairly the same as this chorus xP
